I came across Cameron Morrissey's blog the Manager's Diary earlier today and found one of his posts where he listed the top leadership quotes of 2013. The very first one struck a chord with me immediately. Here it is: “Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection.” ~Mark Twain How true it is. The art of good teaching not only involves being continually reflective about our own practice, we also must always be striving to make those ongoing micro-improvements to our teaching on a consistent basis. Easier said than done, yes. However, taking initiative to set goals and to learn as much as we can along the journey of reaching our goals is critical to the process of continuous improvement. In what ways are you going to improve as a teacher in 2014?
